MUTLI COLOR BOPP BAGS
BOPP bags has made from different layers which combines together to form the bag. PP woven fabric is one of the main and major layer in the bag. Firstly an multi colored BOPP films can be made through engraved cylinders and Rotogravures reverse printing technology. Then it laminate with PP woven fabrics through Extrusion coating process and finally the cutting and stitching, bailing is done as per the requirements.
The printing process is done through engraved cylinders and Rotogravures reverse printing technology, up to 8 colors can be printed on the single bag. Our graphic department develop various customized designs for the particular product with the specific images and back ground colors etc. Once the designs are finalized the cylinders are engraved to print the same.
Engraved Cylinder
Engraved cylinders are used for printing purpose only. Cylinders are engraved through two processes:
- Chemical Engraving
- Electronic Engraving
For a sharp printing quality and huge quantity electronic engraving is preferred and this is costlier compared to chemical engraving. Cylinder expences can only be borne by customer.
Single Side Multicolor BOPP Bags
- Front side will be multi color printed
- Back side can be printed with Flexo printing which can be both side laminated or unlaminated depends upon the customer requirement.
- This type of bags are used because Front side will be for the Branding purpose and in back side we will use Flexo printing for the technical contents as they keep changing, so customer don’t have to bear the cylinder cost always for the updations in product and customer.
- Some product needs air ventilation thus to match this we keep back side Un-laminated and front side with multi color prints and laminations
- These bag reduces the cost for both cylinders and bags
- We can provide the bags approved with tape test and rub test
- Gusset is also available as per customer requirement. That can be done in both case – back side laminated and unlaminated
Both Sides Multicolor BOPP Laminated Bags
- Bags with both side multi color printing and laminations are very attractive in looks and has got a long life
- They are printed and laminated from one end to another end. It gives an tremendous finishing on the bags
- As this is laminated and printed from both sides the product gets good protection and bag gets good strength
- Gusset is also available as per customer requirement.
